Return Policy
- Any item ordered cannot be returned.
- Exchange of items is permitted only as per the Exchange/Replacement Policy mentioned below.
- Books cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Exchange/Replacement Policy
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will offer the best possible alternatives.
- However, the final choice will rest with the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be applicable under the following circumstances
- If an order is confirmed but the product is not shipped on time, a refund will be processed upon the customer's request.
- A 100% refund will be provided if:
- The product ordered is not available, or
- We are unable to ship the product.
- In case of courier deliveries, if the delivery address is outside the serviceable area, a 100% refund will be issued.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the returned products are received.
- Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer or Cheque.
Delivery and Logistics
- We engage third-party logistical service providers and courier services for the dispatch of customers’ orders.
- While we take all reasonable steps to monitor deliveries, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused due to unforeseen reasons.

- Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective 48 hours after the first posting.
