8. Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete address or recipient not available), any extra cost incurred for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts at Dibrugarh, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
13. Book Availability and Dispatch
All books are subject to availability at the time of supply and order placement. Books will be dispatched only after full payment, including applicable courier charges based on destination within India.
In case of non-receipt of packets, complaints must be reported within:
- 15 months for Surface Mail dispatches
- 5 days for Airmail dispatches
14. International Access
This website may be accessed from countries outside India; however, products are only delivered within India. Purchases can be made internationally, but delivery addresses must be within India.
